Processing Times

All orders are packed with care within 1–3 business days.

During busy periods (such as holidays or special launches), processing times may be slightly longer — we’ll always keep you updated.

UK Delivery

We currently ship within the UK.

Delivery options are shown at checkout and may include:

• Standard Delivery (2–4 business days)

• Express Delivery (1–2 business days)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during peak periods.

Gifting & Notes

You’re welcome to include a gift message at checkout — we’ll handwrite it and make sure no pricing information is included in the parcel 🤍

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 48 hours and we’ll do our best to resolve it quickly.
