At Memoria, every gift box is carefully packed with love and attention. We truly hope your order feels just as special when it arrives.
If something isn’t quite right, please get in touch — we’re always happy to help.
Returns
If you change your mind, you have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know you’d like to return it. Once your return is approved, you have a further 14 days to send it back.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and in their original packaging

Gift boxes must be unopened and in resaleable condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or arrives damaged.
Custom & Personalised Boxes
Because our “Build Your Own” gift boxes and personalised orders are made especially for you, these items are non-refundable.
We hope you understand that we’re unable to restock custom-made boxes.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or something isn’t right, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know when your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
